| Description | Project consists of supply of all material, labor and required equipment for the construction of a new stand-alone latrine facility. New building shall be approximately 2,483 square foot of conditioned space, masonry construction with steel joists and metal deck with a low slope SBS Built-Up Roof System with a 20-year NDL warranty. Building shall contain male and female latrine areas, break room area with island configuration, mechanical room, janitor/washer/dryer room and a storage room for archive document storage with data rack and electrical panel. New utility connections shall consist of water, sanitary sewer, electric, gas, and data. FRP doors are to be installed at the entryway to the latrine areas. To be included in project is LED lighting systems throughout building; instantaneous hot water heaters to accommodate the latrine demand; and Aluminum/Insulated/Laminated/Tinted window systems. Exterior shall be painted cement plaster stucco finish system applied directly to the CMU substrate. Exterior entrance doors (2) shall be HM Impact Rated doors. Project shall include a 540 square foot aluminum canopy entryway/exterior break area. Building will be constructed on the east side of the existing FMS building, in a “green” space; therefore, all site preparation is to be included in project. Contractor is to relocate two (2) existing portable shower trailers (location to be coordinated with Owner). All utilities currently attached to shower trailers are to be disconnected and capped back to the source. | ||||||||||||||||
