Description

Construction of a concrete intersection at Ridgemont and Rolling Green that includes a new concrete entrance to The Mall of Abilene the Mall and removing the existing entrance. A new concrete section will be constructed on John Knox Dive that tees into Ridgemont. A final concrete section will be from Clack Street to the south side of Turner Plaza Drive.
