Lift Station V-03 Replacement

The project consists of the demolition and replacement of existing Lift Station V-03. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: 1. Demolition of the two (2) existing wet wells, two (2) existing valve vaults and the contents inside, one (1) electrical building, three (3) sanitary sewer manhole structure, one (1) odor control unit, associated piping, valves, and support, and other appurtenances on site. Demolition of wet well and valve vaults shall include removal and disposal of all grit, sludge, and any accumulation inside. 2. Removal and salvage to Owner of the existing permanent standby generator, diesel storage tank, RTU, antenna, lighting panel, and MCC. 3. Replacement of the existing Lift Station V-03 includes installation of a new wet well, above grade discharge piping, valves and associated pipe supports, two (2) submersible pumps, risers, piping, electrical pump control panel, permanent backup diesel pumps, RTU, pump control panel, station disconnect, utility meter, associated electrical and telemetry components, backup float control, submersible pressure transducer, and the associated instrumentation and controls
