Greenbrier Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project

The City of Greenbrier is seeking Statement of Qualifications consistent with Act 612 of the Arkansas 92nd General Assembly Regular Session 2019, from qualified licensed professionals who are certified by the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board to perform construction management/ general contractor services for the Greenbrier Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project in Greenbrier, AR. The project includes various improvements and additions to the Greenbrier Wastewater Treatment Plant, including upgrades to the screens, the addition of a grit chamber, modifications to pumping and electrical, a new backup generator, and addition of a new covered ultraviolet disinfection facility. Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin by July 2023. Construction must be completed by December 31, 2026, to meet ARPA funding requirements.
