Natural Areas Maintenance and Controlled Burning Services

The undersigned agrees that the contract shall be for a one year period, but shall provide that it can be extended, on an annual basis, at the option of the Village of Lincolnshire in its sole and absolute discretion, for up to two additional years, on the terms in the bid document submitted in response to the request for proposal. The proposed project is to provide Natural Area Maintenance including Herbaceous/Invasive Weed Control and Controlled Burning Services of selected Village natural areas located in Lincolnshire Illinois. The areas consist of Florsheim, North Park and Old Mill Additions to Florsheim Nature Preserve, Spring Lake Park and Lincolnshire Village Hall. All locations are within the Village of Lincolnshire.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Subsurface Investigation.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
