Description | From time to time, the City of Nicholasville must acquire assistance through companies or individuals to perform specific services. The city must comply with standards of ethical conduct and procedures for fair, productive and cost effective business agreements. The City of Nicholasville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor informality in bids received. A current Certificate of Liability Insurance must be provided to the Purchasing Department with the Following minimum coverage: A. Broad Form Comprehensive General Liability, including Products and Completed Operations. Bodily Injury: $1,000,000 each occurrence $2,000,000 aggregate Property Damage: $1,000,000 each occurrence 1. Remove existing pump and filter system what will not be used with new system. 2. Install new updated Pump and Filter System for Pool and Splash Pad that meets Industry and Health Department Requirements. 3. Supply onsite qualified Technicians for the Installation and Completion of New Pump andFilter System. 4. Supply O&M Manual for Operations. 5. Provide start up and Operator Training for new system. Work to begin once RFP has been awarded. B. Automobile Liability, including any auto, hiring autos and non-owned autos. C. Workers Compensation for all employees used on the job pursuant to statute.
