Plans call for the construction of two, 150-unit, apartment buildings. Each building will be four stories tall. Plans also include a seven-acre community commons with an amphitheater, dog park, and space for seasonal markets. This project will be located at 9661, 9745, and 9821 W. Loomis Road, 9710, 9760, and 9824 W. St. Martins Road, and 9530 W. Puetz Road. As of May 2023, the project is on hold pending owner review. No new applications have been submitted to the city since the concept review in 2021. Information regarding the selection of a general contractor has not been provided.
