Description

Work will include selective demolition of the existing interior, and selected areas of paving and drives that serve the property. The intended use of the completed building is to house the local J.P., the J.P. staff, the J.P courtroom (to accommodate approximately 30 people), and the Precinct 2 Constable and staff. There will be offices for 3 to 4 constables, an evidence room, plus an area large enough to conduct local voting. The support areas are required to support all functions appropriately. The existing building is approximately 7,400 sq. ft.
