Description

The Town of Dracut, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids, pursuant to M.G.L for High Efficiency RTU's replacements, at the Parker Memorial Library, 28 Arlington St., Dracut, MA. The scope of work includes removal, disposal, and replacement of two roof top units, and other work indicated in the Bid Documents. DCAMM Certification is required in HVAC. All bids shall include a bid deposit equal to 5% of the amount of the bid. The Town of Dracut reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities.
