Description

1. Patch any holes created in walls. 2. Repaint all rooms (colors) to be specified. 3. Patch floors if necessary with VCT (color to be specified) / clean/wax floors). “Square up” any floor patches (from around removed lab tables and other locations as necessary) for VCT. 4. Dispose of any removed items unless otherwise indicated. 5. Safe off / cap all utilities in/at wall, floor and ceilings unless otherwise indicated. Electric boxes in open floor area should if possible be put in to a floor box to prevent a tripping hazard. Utilities in the walls are to remain. 6. Connections to meet current codes.
