Description

Replacement of outdated and underperforming water, sanitary and storm systems along the roadway through the Village of Plain City. The project spans from West Avenue to Bigelow Avenue. The project also includes complete roadway reconstruction and sidewalk replacement. Geometric changes to the existing corridor will be made to change the road from a two-way street to one-way street.
