| Description | The City of Fitchburg (2022 population: 33,000) is proposing to build a stand-alone Police Service Facility to house the Fitchburg Police Department, at the Northeast corner of Lacy Road and Fish Hatchery Road (CTH D) adjacent to the City Hall campus. The City is requesting proposals, regarding this unique opportunity, from qualified consultants to be part of a team to perform Construction Management services related to the construction of the facility. A space needs assessment completed in 2014 estimates that the new facility will need to be approximately 78,874 square feet. |
