HVAC Refurbishing Fire Admin Building

Scope for AHU Refurbishing: 1. Refurbish two (2) air handling in the facility according to the specifications 2. Each air handler and the options should be priced separately. 3. All bidding licensed contractors must agree to work after normal business hours and weekends. 4. Once refurbishing on an AHU has begun, it must be completed without interruption. You cannot start the project one day, break and complete at a later date. 5. All contract HVAC technicians must comply with City Hall rules and regulations defined by the Facility Operations Supervisor. 6. All applicable permits must be obtained through the City of Irving Inspections Department. There are no fees for permits or inspections associated with this work. The contractor must be licensed to perform work in the City of Irving. 7. Insure that all paperwork required to stay with the equipment is attached and provide a book with the duplicate paperwork to the Facilities Operations Supervisor upon completion. 8. Include $6,000 for contingency for the entire project.
