By ORS 279C.365, the City will not consider a bid unless it contains a statement by the bidder that they will comply with ORS 279C.838 through ORS 279C.870. All Contractors performing work on this project should have a current, valid contractor's license issued by the Construction Contractor's Board under ORS 701 and, if performing work described in ORS 671.520, a current, valid certificate of licensure from the State Landscape Contractor's Board by ORS 671.560, as applicable, in place at the time the quote is presented.
