Description

Replace the existing HVAC system at the Knox Farm guest house. The existing system will be partially demolished by parks staff with the remaining parts being demolished by the contractor and the new system will be furnished and installed by contractor. This will include a new gas fired absorption chiller, evaporators, condenser, boiler, forced air furnace and the necessary ductwork, low voltage control wiring to equipment and devices and piping and components for a fully functioning system.
