Village VoIP Telecommunications System

The Village of Berkeley ("Village") is accepting proposals for a Village VoIP Telecommunications System. All questions must be submitted in writing to Justyn Miller, jmiller@berkeley.il.us, not later than 12 P.M. on Friday, September 2nd, 2022. Review of proposals and acceptance or rejection of proposals shall be governed by the terms of the Request for Proposals. Responses should address each individual section in the attached RFP, and should clearly identify the ability to meet each requirement. Responses should be detailed, yet concise, and allow for reasonable assessments regarding system capabilities. Included are the "General Conditions & Instructions to Vendors", a "Vendor Information Sheet" and Proposal Reply Sheets. Where required, each should be completed in detail, signed, and submitted with the proposal. The Village Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and to accept that proposal which is considered to be in the best interests of the Village. This project will begin after Village Board approval in October 4, 2022, and should be completed by December, 2022.
