Description

This rehabilitation and restoration project will make capital improvements and repairs, to include design and reconstruction of the entrance stairs and repair of masonry at the chimney and parapet. This project was announced in spring 2021. As of October 27, 2022, no applications have been submitted to the City of Boston. Information regarding either an architect or general contractor has not been disclosed. Although there is not a firm timeline, construction is expected to begin in first quarter 2023.
