The Purose of This Project is to Overlay With Achm Surface Course on Approximately 5.862 Miles and Fog Seal on Approximately 5.268 Miles for an Approximate Project Total of 11.130 Miles on Highway 64 in Crittenden County. This Project Consists of Aggregate Base Course, Fog Seal, Achm Surface Courses, Maintenance of Traffic, Rumble Strips, Pavement Marking, and Misc. Items. Routes : 64 Sections: 17 County : Crittenden Length : 11.13 miles in length. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Complete This Contract on or Before November 21, 2023. In Order to Have a Bid Considered, Contractors Must Furnish a Proposal Guaranty Consisting of Either a Bidder's Bond or a Certified or Cashier's Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount Bid. in Order for a Bond to Be Acceptable to the Department, the Company Issuing the Bond Must Be Named in the Department of Treasury Listing of Companies Holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Sureties on Federal Bonds and as Acceptable Reinsuring Companies. the Underwriting Limitation of the Bonding Company Shall Be Adhered to. Any Excess (Between the Face Amount of the Bond and the Underwriting Limitation) Shall Be Protected by Reinsurance Provided by an Acceptable Reinsuring Company.
