Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Facilities to serve Churchill Pod 3 Phase 1

As of August 17, 2022, project was awarded to 3S Contracting, awarded amount is $1,142,240.72. Van Alstyne Municipal Utility District No. 3 of Collin County, Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Facilities to serve Churchill Pod 3 Phase 1". Project scope includes approximately 5,090 linear feet of 8" PVC Water Line, 4,425 linear feet of 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer Main, and 1,995 linear feet of 21"-42" Storm Sewer Pipe. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
