Justice Center Plaza Repairs

Contractor to perform detailed cleaning and repair of all expansion/control joints; prepare surfaces and stain and seal all walkways and sidewalks at the front plaza and main entrances of the Robert M. Foster Justice Center located at 76347 Veterans Way, Yulee, FL 32097. Contractor shall provide pricing to include all materials, labor and equipment required to: 1. Clean and repair all cracks, spalls and patch work as needed 2. Replace expansion joint materials 3. Perform relief cuts as needed 4. Prep all surfaces and stain and seal as needed on the plaza area including sidewalks and walkways
