Rehabilitation Project of Two Duplexes

The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the existing premises to meet code standards, and convert to a duplex. Work shall include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring, insulation, weather proofing, demolition, new dry-wall, specialties, roof trimming, roofing, vanity, shower stall, sewer line, water line, water heater, heating and cooling mini split units, interconnected smoke detectors, doors, windows, window screens, termite treatment, and plumbing hardware, and other interior and exterior items as required. Please refer to plans for placement of specific items. Each house is approximately 803 square feet living area and 1066 square feet building area.
