Description | The project generally consists of installation of approximately: 166 lineal feet of 6-inch and 3,763 lineal feet of 8-inch glass reinforced UV Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP), Rehabilitation of 7 sanitary sewer manholes, Bypass Pumping, Traffic Control, Mobilization, work schedule coordination, and other appurtenant work. The March 2020 edition of the Clifton Sanitation District General Contract Conditions , Plans, Specifications and other Proposal Documents will be available for review or download May 27, 2022 on the Clifton Sanitation District page at https://www.cliftonsanitation.com/Bids-Proposals. For contractual or technical information, please contact Erik Snyder, PE - JUB Engineers Project Manager (970-208-8508). A pre-proposal meeting will NOT be held for this project. Deadline for submission of questions related to this proposal is June 17, 2022. No questions will be accepted after this date. Addenda, if required, will be issued June 24, 2022. The District Office will stamp the date and mark the time received on all proposals. Proposals not received prior to the date and time indicated on the Request for Proposal will not be considered. The District is not responsible for delays occasioned by the U.S. Postal Service, the internal mail delivery system of the District, or any other means of delivery employed by the Proposer. Each Proposal shall be submitted on a form furnished by the District and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier s check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the Proposal and made payable to the Clifton Sanitation District, Colorado. The successful Proposer will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, both in the amount of 100% of the total Contract amount, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents and on forms provided by the District. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers received in response to this solicitation and to waive any irregularities as may be in the best interest of the District. |
