Air Handler Preventative Maintenance and Inspection

Responder shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, and other supplies necessary to ensure the proper and reliable operation of air handler units covered under this Agreement. To that end, Responder shall provide scheduled inspection and maintenance services for each air handler unit at all locations listed in Attachment A: “Price Proposal” in accordance with the following specifications. Responder shall be responsible for replacing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) air filters; however, Responder shall not be responsible for purchasing and providing HVAC air filters unless the filter needed is of a non-standard size which is not carried by the District’s Central Warehouse. In that instance, Responder shall purchase and install the needed filter, notify the Maintenance Department at the time of purchase, and note the non-standard filter purchase, including filter size, on the Field Service Report described in Section IV.C
