Description

Wor-Wic Community College has a need for water treatment services at the main campus in Salisbury, MD. The contractor shall perform monthly service inspections, conduct water analysis, and submit written reports to the designated College representative. Monthly service expectations are that the College will be serviced every 30 days, no longer, between service visits. The contractor shall supply all chemicals and test materials necessary for the contract period. This includes freight costs for the same. It is the College’s expectation that the contractor will bring chemicals and supplies for each visit. A limited quantity of chemicals may be stored (approximately one month’s supply) on the College’s property in a designated area for the contractor’s convenience, not for the College’s employees to handle. The contractor shall make routine physical inventory checks of required chemicals. The contractor shall remove all empty chemical storage containers immediately after use from College property and dispose of following appropriate regulations.
