| Description | This Project will modernize one (1) elevator at the 48th Precinct Station House. Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted. There will be a mandatory pre-Bid conference and site visit. This project is subject HireNYC and M/WBE Local Law 1. This Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB) is being released through PASSPort, New York City's online procurement portal.
