| Description | Work of this Contract shall be performed by the Fire Protection Company acting as the Prime Contractor (Contractor) for the project. The Prime Contractor shall be responsible for providing performance and labor bonds and insurance for the entire project including all Fire Alarm work, Fire Protection work and the general construction of the Fire Command Center. The Contractor shall provide full time superintendent for the project. The project in general comprises of the removing of the existing fire alarm system and devices in its entirety and installing new complete total coverage of a new Addressable Fire Alarm System, new Fire Protection System and the construction of a new Fire Command Center within the building.
