Kingston Elementary School HVAC/MUAU Replacement

The Virginia Beach City Public Schools will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services for Kingston Elementary School HVAC/MUAU Replacement. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. 2021-3-09 FS 22-11 21028 19.223-M, 21-116 Sets of drawings and specifications may be obtained from Dills Architects with a deposit check made out to Dills Architects in the amount of $150.00 per set. A minimum shipping and handling fee of $25.00 per set will be charged for those contractors who wish to have their sets mailed. Cash deposits will not be accepted. No partial sets will be distributed. Upon returning bid documents to Dills Architects, postage paid, in good condition, free from markings, within ten (10) calendar days after the date of receipt of bids, full deposit will be returned. Documents returned damaged, incomplete or marked up shall be discarded and the deposit used to purchase new documents for use on the project.
