| Description | 1. Provide bid for high-impact, low-E, Energy star rated windows (must meet new wind codes & glass to be Low-E and Energy Star Rated). 2. Replace existing windows with new white vinyl frame, single hung or sliding Low E glass, complete with screens. 3. Include window curtain (window curtain photo included in bid package), new glass front door. 4. All windows, door, and window curtain to be reflective tinted. 5. Contractor to field verify all window openings. Contractor will submit product approval at contract signing and Energy Star rated documentation to be submitted prior to final pay request. |
