Public Works and Utilities Miscellaneous Debris Disposal

This is not a solicitation. The proposed contract action is for miscellaneous debris disposal services for which the City intends to obtain from one source. Responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes. The City of Melbourne intends to dispose of miscellaneous debris, at no cost to the City, which has no usable life benefit to the City, within designated areas of the property of Doug Connor, Inc. between the hours of 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Firms or individuals who believe they can meet or exceed services for disposal of miscellaneous debris within a reasonable distance from 2881 Harper Road, Melbourne, FL, must provide in writing, firm name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email, a statement containing their convincing capability and sufficient technical data to support their position. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
