| Description | 1. Site Mobilization and establishment of any required temporary facilities 2. Install construction entrance, perimeter controls, tree protection, Erosion control measures and their regular maintenance. 3. Demolitions and/or Restorations of all the disturbed properties, Items include asphalt and concrete pavements, ABC stone base. Wash stone, curb and gutter, yard inlets, drainage, earthwork, and any other item shown on the Plans. 4. In the new pavements and slabs, it may have geotextile and welded wire mesh reinforcements. 5. Install new Underdrain to connect new Yard inlet and any existing Inlets 6. Remove, save, and restore all vegetation including, grass and mulch, and shrubs. Trimming of any trees or vegetation, with the written approval of the Engineer, as needed for the construction convenience 7. Minor site grading to maintain diversion of rain water into storm drainage system 6. Removal, stacking, and reuse of any stone base and wash stone 7. Backfills and restoration of site 8. Permanent Seeding all the disturbed areas and Site restoration with re-planting salvaged shrubs or their replacement. | ||||||||||
