Description

For Construction of the Elvis Presley Birthplace Bus Turnaround - The Work includes new parking spaces, new retaining wall features, paved bus parking, new walkways and landscaping as described in the construction documents. Project Location: 306 Elvis Presley Drive, Tupelo, Mississippi 38801 All bids must include on the outside of the bid envelope, the name of the project, the bid due date and time, and the bidder's Mississippi issued COR number. Each bidder must deposit with this bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to conditions provided in the Information to Bidders All applicable laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project shall apply to the contract throughout. The City of Tupelo reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
