Description

The work shall consist of pulverizing existing surface of asphalt pavement, fine grade, water and compaction of approximately 2,115 sq/yds.; Constructing 2.25” thick asphaltic binder, type 0.3 (lower layer) and 1.75” thick of hot mix asphaltic, type 0.3 (upper layer). Project is Third St. from South Ave to Main St. and Grove St. from Water St to Ashford Ave. Excess material will be hauled to a site designated by the Director of Public Works within the Village limits
