Description

Anderson County is seeking bids for the Plantation Drive Resurfacing. Interested parties may request information at allpurchasing@andersoncountysc.org. The entire length ofPlantation Drive from the edge of pavement on Meadow Ridge Road to the cul-de-sac will be reconstructed with a 6" cement modified recycled base and 2" asphalt surface course. The assumed cement rate is 40 lbs/sy for the bid. The actual cement rate will be selected based on the laboratory test results to be supplied by the Contractor. Several broken concrete driveway aprons will be saw cut and removed and replaced with asphalt. Anderson County will obtain an encroachment permit from SCDOT to perform the work within the Meadow Ridge Road Right of Way. Anderson and Pickens Counties will create an Intergovernmental Agreement for the project to be completed under one contract
