Renovations to the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Campus - Phase 1 - Demolition/Abatement Package

These Bid Packages are set-aside for pre-approved Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises. The subcontractors awarded these Bid Packages will NOT have to sign the Project Labor Agreement. A Bid Bond and 100% Performance & Labor and Material Payment Bond is NOT required as part of these Bid Packages. (SA/PLA) - Set-Aside/Project Labor Agreement - These Bid Packages are set-aside for pre-approved Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises who will be obligated to sign the Project Labor Agreement. A Bid Bond and 100% Performance & Labor and Material Payment Bond is NOT required as part of these Bid Packages. ALL bidders will be required to furnish a 10% Bid Bond along with their bid. Performance and Payment Bonds (100%) will be required. SET-SIDE and SET-ASIDE/PLA subcontractors will not be required to provide Bid Bonds or Performance and Payment Bonds.
