| Description | The Project consists of modifying and constructing concrete structures such as curbs, gutters, brick pavement, sidewalks and driveway aprons as part of the partial reconstruction of Spring Street within the City of Jamestown. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, conditioned that, if the proposal is accepted, the Contractor will enter into a contract for the same, and will execute any such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any inconsistencies in, or to make any award to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Jamestown, and in accordance with the law, are herewith reserved. |
