Description

Bidders shall submit one paper copy of the executed offer on the Bid Form provided along with other required submissions. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the deadline for submission has passed. The Bloomingburg Cultural Center has been determined to possess historic (e.g., architectural, engineering, artistic) significance and is listed in the New York State and National Registers of Historic Places. All work shall be consistent with The Secretary of the Interiors Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. The project requires compliance with all Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rate requirements applied locally though the NYS Department of Labor. This project includes: restoration, repair and/or replacement in-kind of exterior wood elements including damaged louvers on the tower; replacement of small asphalt roll roofing on basement entry; repair or replacement of flashing; mechanically re-securing storm panels and replacing missing panels; replacement of asphalt shingle roofs and copper dome; restoration, repair and/or replacement of interior plaster walls/ceilings and metal ceiling tiles; prep and painting of the exterior and interior; and replacing exterior drainage pipe with new pipe and drywells at greater depth.
