Route 1577) and Harvey Road, approximately 0.5 mile west of US 30 (Lincoln Highway), T37N, R8E, sections 12, 13 and 14 in Oswego Township, in Kendall County, IL. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT This project consists of reconstructing the existing 4-way stop-controlled intersections as an HMA roundabout under road closures utilizing detours. The work includes earthwork, paving, drainage improvements, detention pond grading, traffic control, pavement marking, lighting, watermain improvements (with limits from Fifth Street to Devoe Drive), construction of a multi-use path, sidewalk and ADA ramps, and other associated items.
