Description

Scope: The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the removal of the old fiberglass insulation and air baffles attached to the roof deck/rafters, and to install open cell spray foam insulation to the underside of the roof deck to a thickness of 8”. The completed work shall provide a closed envelope of the entire attic area. All old/removed material must be disposed of by the contractor. Building Permit: The contractor will verify and obtain a permit with the City of Brunswick if a permit is required. Maintain office Operational Capacity: It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to coordinate the work with the courthouse staff to help ensure the continuity of service. The office shall remain open during normal business hours and accessible to all personnel. Construction Debris: All construction debris related to this project shall be disposed of by the contractor.
