2023 Brooklet Striping Project

No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of thirty (30) days. The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: The work to be done shall consist of providing all materials and performing all labor necessary to install approximately 18 miles of 5" yellow solid traffic striping and 14 miles of 5" white solid traffic striping within the City of Brooklet. Time allotted for completion of work is ninety (90) calendar days. Funding is to be provided by the City of Brooklet and TSPLOST. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner. Contractor shall comply with E-Verify regulations. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of ten (10%) percent of Bidders maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond
