| Description | Refuse & Recycling Removal 3 Year Contract January 1, 2023 Through December 31, 2025 With Three (3) 1-year Renewals (at Township Option) for Years 2026, 2027 and 2028 Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township, in sealed envelopes marked, REFUSE & RECYCLING REMOVAL BID and must include the name, address, telephone number of the bidder on the outside of the envelope. A bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check made payable to East Bradford Township in the amount of 10% of the total first year bid price as indicated on the bid form. The successful bidder will be required to provide an annual performance bond in the amount of 50% of the remaining balance of the award. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids as is deemed in the best interest of the Township. |
