Countywide Security Improvements Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: There are three (3) sites receiving security upgrades that include, but are not limited to, the following items. - Replacement of existing cameras with new IP cameras - New IP camera locations - VMS integration of all new cameras - Card readers and electronic door hardware - Duress and lockdown buttons - Intrusion detection devices (Motion/PIR detector & door position switches) - Access Control and Intrusion Detection system panels Emergency Services Center, 2703 Pacific Ave SE Suite A, Olympia, WA. Provide replacement of nine (9) existing cameras and three (3) new exterior cameras. Courthouse Building 5, 2400 Evergreen Park Drive SE, Olympia, WA. Provide seven (7) new cameras. Provide card readers and electrified door hardware for two (2) doors. Provide Intrusion Detection panel for monitoring of duress button. Provide duress and lock down buttons. Provide door position switches at two (2) doors. Coroner's Office, 2925 37th Ave SW, Tumwater, WA. Provide duress and or lock down buttons. Provide external door position switches for garage doors and motion/PIR detector in garage. Provide Sonitrol monitored intrusion detection panel for duress button. Replace magnetic lock with electric strike. ESTIMATED COST RANGE: The Engineering Estimate for this project is $165,000 to $200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
