| Description | Provide time and materials service for Closed-circuit television (CCTV) network. This includes maintenance, repair, migration, and modification of ALL CCTV components including hardware and software with approval from Information Technology Security Team staff. The service duration will be effective once the successful bidder is awarded the contract until September 30, 2020. The Contractor/crew must be Certified with TrueVision/OnSSI/Ocularis/Qognify surveillance systems. The contractor must have numerous skills personnel with the qualifications as noted for the maintenance, repair, modification, operation, and preventive maintenance. The contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent and ensure the non-recurrence of defective services. |
