| Description | The Housing Authority of the City of Norwalk (NHA) is seeking proposals from Security firms for the Installation of Security Cameras at Leroy Downs Apartments. The scope of these services and responsibilities is described in the Scope of Services which can be requested through Greg Lickwola, Modernization Director at glickw@norwalkha.org . All procurement decisions shall be at the sole discretion of the Housing Authority of the City of Norwalk. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities in any response when this action appears to be in its best interest.
