Clinton Township Water Storage Tank Improvements

The approximate primary quantities involved in this work are as follows: Interior and exterior low pressure cleaning of 3.5 million gallon, concrete water storage reservoir Exterior painting of the water reservoir with a two (2) coat, waterborne acrylate system Cleaning and painting of the exterior overflow pipe & with a three (3) coat acrylate system Blast cleaning and application of the three (3) coat epoxy system Spall repairs Replacement of roof vent screens Caulk replacement (as needed). This primary work shall be included together with related work as well as restoration.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
