Roof repairs for The State of Louisiana, Department of Health at Pinecrest Support and Services, 100 Pinecrest Drive, Pineville, LA 71360. • This project consists of roof replacement at a single story with approximately eighty-two (82) squares of shingles to be replaced. Furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to remove existing roof and replace with Certain Teed Landmark Pro/Architect with 5-Star Protection warranty system or equal. All substitutions shall have a minimum full coverage warranty of twenty (20) years workmanship and materials. • Contractor shall be responsible for determining all dimensions, areas, and quantities. • Roofing system materials shall meet all MFG requirements for warranty. • Install new drip edge to match existing around entire buildings including rakes. • Existing roof vents to be removed, reinstalled and flashed as required by MFG for warranty. • Install new lead bootjacks on all roof vents. • Install moisture guard at all penetrations, eaves, vents, and rakes. • Roof shall be installed to one-hundred thirty (130) mile per hour wind rating at a minimum. • A minimum of six (6) nails per shingle shall be used. • Flashing to be lapped a minimum of two (2) inches. • If manufacturer specifications exceed minimum requirements listed, the manufacturer specifications shall be followed. • All amounts are approximate and must be verified by the bidder.
