Granger Annex Renovations

Full interior renovation of the interior of the existing Granger Annex facility. Existing interior walls will be primarily removed. A small addition to the east side of the building will allow for new restroom facilities to meet current building code. A caterer’s kitchen will be added on the west side. Existing interior ceilings will be removed. Building bow truss structural system on the southern half of the interior of the building will be exposed in the primarily multi-function space. On the exterior a new standing seam roof will be installed at the existing vaulted area. New front plaza area on the north side of the building with integrated entry planters will be installed. New side and southern concrete patios will be installed with integrated planters and canopy shading system. Existing MEP systems will be updated with new systems to meet current building code.
