Armour ES-Playground removal and renovation

Remove all existing playground equipment, including foundations and dispose of offsite. Excavate 9 below current grade for proposed future stone and concrete slab. Five (5) trees to be pruned to 10 above grade. Prep existing stone base and pour new 5 concrete 4,000psi air entrained mix (approx.. 500 sf) New 4 CA-6 stone sub-grade and 5 wire reinforced concrete slab (approx. 2,580 sf). Concrete to be 4,000psi, air entrained with broom finish. Include layout and cast in place of (4) ground sleeves for basketball and volleyball equipment. Pavement Markings: Color #1 See page with basketball court layout. Color #2 See page with volleyball court layout. Removeable basketball equipment to be included: (2) basketball goals, backboard, and ground sleeve Removeable volleyball equipment to include net, poles, and ground sleeves. Volleyball set to have post sleeves so they may be removed and stored when not in use. 6 trench drain (approximately 25 long) tied into existing storm manhole next to existing tree.
