| Description | Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials and labor required to perform roofing services and inspections as designated by VBCPS falling within the content of this service contract. Contractor shall provide complete roofing services for each project which could include repair and/or replacement to all known roof types to include but not limited to, asphalt shingle, metal, slate, vegetated, EPDM, TPO, PVC and SBS modified bituminous membrane, BUR, cold process, and hot process roofs. In addition, Contractor is responsible for all related repairs, such as metal flashing, gutters, downspouts, gravel stops, coping, pipe collars, dormers, vents, horizontal panels, valleys, and patch work, to complete roofing projects as necessary. |
