Miscellaneous Cooling Tower and Structural Work School District 308

The Owner will receive bids for the construction of Cooling Towers, Steel and other miscellaneous work. The Work will include: Base Bid, Thompson Junior High School: Remove and replace the existing ground mounted cooling tower. Alternate Number One, Bednarcik Junior High School: Refurbish the existing cooling tower support framing. Alternate Number Two, Wheatlands Elementary School: Remove the existing cooling tower and replacing it with a new one. Replace existing structural support framing. The Work will commence on November 28, 2022, A Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the total Bid is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any errors, omissions or irregularities in the bids or the bidding procedure when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve its best interests. Any bid which is not accompanied by the required bid security or by any other documents or certifications required by the Bidding Documents, and any bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular, is subject to rejection at the sole discretion of the Owner. Prevailing wage rates will apply and must be included in the Bid amount.
