Electronic Time Clock System

The Irvington Board of Education is requesting proposals for an Electronic Time Clock System in accordance with bid specifications, for the 2023-2024 School Year. Bids forwarded by facsimile or email are not valid and will not be accepted. The Irvington Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in compliance with Public School Contract Law and other applicable laws. No bidder may withdraw bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening thereof. All Bids and contracts will be subject to the provisions of P.L. 1977, c.33 (C.52:25-24.2) requiring submission of a Statement of Corporate Ownership Regarding Disclosure of Partners and Stockholders, Non-Collusion Affidavit, State of New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 concerning Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
